All
grade one students must be six years old by October
15 of the First Grade school year

Submit
a transfer slip from the previous school

Submit
a copy of the child's birth certificate

Submit
a copy of the child's most recent report card

Submit
a copy of the child's baptismal certificate if the
child was not baptized in our parish

Submit
a copy of the original PA Immunization card from the
previous school (if applicable)

Participate in a student and parent interview with
the Principal (Grades 6-8)

Presentation of any physical or mental disabilities
information by the parents/guardian

At the
discretion of the Principal, a student may be
required to take an entrance test to assess
background knowledge

Parents may be requested to obtain tutoring
assistance for their child if there is an apparent
need that such help would ease the academic
transition between schools

Payment of a non-refundable registration fee
Admission is not final until all requested records
have been received from the previous school and
reviewed. Upon record review, all new students will
be accepted on a probationary basis for the first
semester of the school year. Student academic and
behavioral adaptation and progress will be monitored
during this time. Any student who, after admission,
does not perform satisfactorily may be required to
withdraw from the school.
